The 2018 Joh. Jos. Prüm Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Spätlese is a refined Mosel Riesling that beautifully balances ripeness with elegance. Aromatically, it evokes green citrus, navel orange, and tangerine, alongside floral and herbal notes reminiscent of summer hedgerows. On the palate, it shows more depth of fruit than the Kabinett level, yet the sweetness is subtle and seamlessly integrated thanks to vibrant acidity and slate-driven minerality. Medium-bodied, polished, and impeccably balanced, it finishes long and graceful, making it both approachable now and highly age-worthy.

Joh. Jos. Prüm is one of Germany’s most iconic Mosel wineries, founded in 1911 by Johann Josef Prüm after the division of the larger S.A. Prüm estate. The Prüm family, however, had already been established in Wehlen for centuries, with records of their winemaking presence dating back over 400 years. Johann Josef’s son, Sebastian, was instrumental in shaping the estate’s reputation during the 1930s and 1940s, developing the distinct style of elegant, mineral-driven Rieslings that became their hallmark. After Sebastian’s death in 1969, his son Dr. Manfred Prüm took over, further elevating the estate’s global prestige. Today, the winery is managed by Manfred alongside his daughter Katharina Prüm, continuing the family tradition of producing world-class Rieslings from legendary Mosel vineyards such as Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Graacher Himmelreich, and Bernkasteler Badstube.

The 2002 Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis 1er Cru "Montmains" is a classic expression of its Kimmeridgian terroir, characterized by what winemaker Jean-Marc Brocard describes as a philosophy of "Precision, Strength, and Freshness". Produced from 30-year-old vines, this 100% Chardonnay undergoes alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by full malolactic fermentation, then ages for 14 months in a combination of large oak casks (70%) and stainless steel tanks (30%).

The Jayer family’s winemaking tradition in Vosne-Romanée dates back to the early 20th century, with Georges Jayer establishing his own domaine alongside his brother Henri. 1855 Grand Cru Classe – 5th Growth The chateau was founded in the 18th century by the Liberal family. Most of the wines produced here were exported to the Netherlands and Belgium. Half of the wines of the chateau are planted just next to the First Growth Chateau Latour.
Overlooking the Gironde estuary at the entrance to Pauillac, the vines of Lynch-Bages are located on the Bages plateau, on one of the finest gravelly rises in the appellation. The estate once belonged to the famous Lynch family, of Irish origin, and was acquired by Jean-Charles Cazes in 1934. His grandson, Jean-Michel Cazes restructured the estate in 1974, adding state-of-the-art winemaking equipment, while keeping the former wooden vats as a reminder of the 19th century.The grapes are all hand picked and then carefully sorted before crushing. A very strict selection is made prior to blending and the wine is traditionally aged in oak barrels before bottling.
Today, the winery is managed by Claire Villars Lurton. Under her management the estate has undergone complete renovation to organic and biodynamic vineyard management. The grounds of the chateau were fully renovated in 2018.

Situated in Libourne along the Dordogne River, the Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix, of which Chateau Hosanna is a part, was founded in 1937. It is internationally known for its expertise in the Bordeaux wines of Pomerol and Saint-Emilion.
The company began its history as a wine merchant, specializing in the wines from the right bank of Bordeaux. The founder, Jean-Pierre Moueix, became one of the most influential people of the area when he began investing in properties of the region in 1952. At this time, the vineyard owners had no control over the finished product, since the "négoce" (negociants) of Bordeaux controlled the bottling and the sales. Mr. Moueix understood the market and what needed to be done. He was a visionary. The company is now managed by his son, Christian.
Winemaker Notes
With the glass held still, reminders of liquorice, cassis and cherries appear, with underlying, persistent lactic nuances. When swirled, more intense hints of blueberries and redcurrants can be found with ginger nuances coming through and reminders of toasted notes of toffee and vanilla and faint spicy tones.

Valserrano, also known as Viñedos y Bodegas de la Marquesa, is a family-owned winery with a long history in Rioja Alavesa. Founded in 1880, it has been continuously managed by the same family for five generations. The winery's roots trace back to Francisco Javier Solano y Eulate, Marqués de la Solana, who, inspired by French winemaking techniques, began producing Médoc-style wines in the late 19th century. Today, Juan Pablo de Simón, his great-grandson, leads the winery, and his children are actively involved in the business.

Domaine Drouhin-Laroze, founded in 1850 in Gevrey-Chambertin, is a sixth-generation family estate that has grown into one of Burgundy’s hidden gems, with holdings in some of the region’s most prestigious Grand Cru vineyards.
Jean-Baptiste Laroze began cultivating vines in Gevrey-Chambertin in 1850, and the domaine was later expanded by his son Félix. In 1919, Félix’s daughter Suzanne married Alexandre Drouhin, who owned vineyards in Chambolle-Musigny, and the estate became known as Drouhin-Laroze. Over the decades, successive generations have preserved and expanded the domaine, which now encompasses about 11.5 hectares of vineyards stretching from Vougeot to Brochon. Its portfolio includes renowned Grand Crus such as Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, Latricières-Chambertin, Chapelle-Chambertin, Bonnes-Mares, Clos de Vougeot, and Musigny, alongside highly regarded Premier Cru sites like Lavaut Saint-Jacques and Clos Prieur.
