Château de Puligny-Montrachet, located in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, has its origins in the 12th century, when Cistercian monks first planted vines near Blagny, just north of Puligny. The Noëllat family has been part of Burgundy’s winegrowing tradition since the 17th century, originally based in Meuilley near Nuits-Saint-Georges.
