About Winery
Champagne Cordon Bleu from Maison DE VENOGE is dominated by Pinot Noir (50%), which brings roundness and vinosity. Then, 25% of Pinot Meunier and 25% of Chardonnay complete the blend. To the eye, its golden hue is marvelous. Then, a great aromatic complexity brings green apple, lemon and honey notes. Following 3 years of cellar aging, champagne Cordon Bleu is well-balanced, round, complex and subtle.
This cuvée is of an exceptional versatility, and has a great aging potential. It is perfect for the aperitif. This champagne is real bargain.
2017 | WS 94
Juicy and well-defined, delivering ample range and length, this offers up cassis, crushed plum and red licorice flavors backed by roasted apple wood and red tea notes, all harnessed by a tug of iron through the well-structured finish. Should unwind nicely in the cellar. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Best from 2022 through 2032.
2019 | JS 96
Currants, herbs and fresh tobacco with shaved lead pencil. Black berries. Medium to full body with creamy tannins and a juicy finish. Just a hint of oak. Rich and long with lots going on. Plenty of flavor.

The 2019 Résonance Découverte Vineyard Chardonnay from Oregon’s Dundee Hills is a refined and expressive wine that highlights the elegance of Willamette Valley terroir. Aromatically, it offers notes of Meyer lemon, apricot, peach, struck flint, and subtle spice, with hints of cardamom and pie crust adding complexity. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, delivering flavors of stone fruit, lemon curd, and a touch of saline minerality. Aged in French oak, it shows excellent balance and length, with a graceful, layered finish that suggests strong aging potential. Critics and enthusiasts alike praise its harmony of fruit and savory elements, making it a standout Oregon Chardonnay vintage.
About Winery
Résonance Winery was founded in 2013 when Maison Louis Jadot, the historic Burgundy producer, made its first venture outside of France. The project began when Jacques Lardière, Jadot’s legendary winemaker for 42 years, and Thibault Gagey, son of Jadot’s president Pierre-Henry Gagey, discovered the Résonance Vineyard in Oregon’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA. They were immediately struck by the site’s potential, with its marine sedimentary soils and cool-climate conditions ideal for Pinot Noir. Deciding to keep the vineyard’s original name, they established Résonance as Jadot’s Oregon estate, blending Burgundian tradition with Oregon terroir. Today, Résonance produces acclaimed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, crafted with minimal intervention to highlight purity, elegance, and a sense of place, while symbolizing the “resonance” between Burgundy and Oregon.
2018 | JS 97This is one of the best SLVs I have tasted with total balance and structure that highlights what was possible in 2018. It’s full-bodied, yet tight and poised, with layer upon layer of fine tannins that give depth and beauty to this young red. Blackcurrant, blueberry and floral flavors. Tight at the end. Needs until 2025 to really show what it has.
2019 | WE 99
From a site planted in 1970 at the famous estate, this wine has beautiful perfume on the nose, and a supple yet firm structure. Dusty plum, dried herb and clove spice are interwoven between tangy cassis and notes of crushed rock. Enjoy best from 2029–2039

Winemaker Notes
The 2008 Louis Latour Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru "Les Demoiselles" is a sincere, tense, and full-bodied Chardonnay defined by a complex nose of white fruits, almond, and vanilla, alongside a punchy mineral profile. Fermented and aged in 100% new oak, the wine exhibits a rich, generous palate with smoke and toast characteristics that lead to a long, elegant finish. This wine is suitable for cellaring for 10 to 15 years and pairs well with refined dishes like lobster thermidor or sea scallops.
