About Winery
Domaine Dugat-Py, rooted in Gevrey-Chambertin since the early 17th century, is a family estate now led by Bernard Dugat and his son Loïc, representing the 12th and 13th generations of vignerons.
The Dugat family’s winemaking history began in 1645, with continuous cultivation in Gevrey-Chambertin for centuries. The modern domaine was formally established in 1923, when Fernand Dugat married Jeanne Bolnot, uniting two winegrowing families. Bernard Dugat made his first vinification and vineyard purchase in 1975, marking the start of a new era. In 1994, the estate became known as Domaine Dugat-Py, and Loïc Dugat joined in 1996, ushering in a stylistic evolution toward balance and finesse. The domaine converted to organic farming in 1999 and achieved full certification in 2003, working with old vines across about 10–15 hectares. Known for powerful, age-worthy wines with deep color and structure, Dugat-Py has become one of Burgundy’s most respected names, combining centuries of tradition with modern, detail-focused viticulture under Loïc’s leadership.

Winemaker Notes
The vineyard extends between 250 and 330 meters above sea level and borders the Languettes plot. Corton Grand Cru Les Perrières is an east-facing climate located in the middle of the hillside where there was an old stone quarry which gave its name “Perrières”. It is a wine for laying down par excellence, of great power and well-structured.

The Chapuis family has no less than 170 years of experience making wine in Burgundy. It all started with Pierre Pavelot who bought 1.6 hectares on the Charlemagne field in 1850, his daughter married Antoine Chapuis, and the rest is history. Season after season, they have learned to read the climate, and they know every nook and cranny of their terroir - this has meant that they create unheard of high quality in all vintages.
The 6th generation is taking over, the two siblings Pierre and Claire Chapuis. This is a smooth transition with parents Maurice and Anne-Marie. The house owns 11 hectares of vineyards in the Cotes de Beaune around the Corton hill. It is primarily red wines (obviously Pinot Noir in Burgundy) but also 2 different places with Chardonnay. Domaine Chapuis is not organically certified, but they have an HVE3 which stands for (high environmental value) with a focus on creating biodiversity in the field with limited use of pesticides etc.
They use traditional French casks with approx. 12 months for white wine and 18 months for red wine, but they only use approx. 10% new casks, so that they retain the purest expression – mineral and full of carat.

Charles Lachaux is a rising star in Burgundy, known for his innovative viticultural practices and stewardship of his family estate, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux in Vosne-Romanée. Son of Pascal Lachaux, Charles studied oenology in Beaune and gained international winemaking experience in the United States, New Zealand, South Africa, and Bordeaux before returning home to Burgundy. Taking over the domaine, formerly known as Robert Arnoux, he introduced bold vineyard experiments such as high-density planting, regenerative farming, and a strong focus on terroir expression. Alongside running the family estate, he also launched his own micro-négociant label, producing wines from both family-owned vines and trusted growers. Today, Charles is celebrated as one of Burgundy’s most exciting young winemakers, blending tradition with forward-thinking viticulture to craft wines of precision and vitality.

Domaine Bruno Clavelier is a prestigious 6.5-hectare estate in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy, founded in 1988 (bottling under his own name from 1992) by Bruno Clavelier, a former rugby player turned winemaker. The domaine is renowned for its old vines (1920s-1940s), strictly biodynamic practices (certified 2005), and minimal-intervention winemaking aimed at capturing the pure, terroir-driven expression of its diverse Pinot Noir sites, including Corton Le Rognet and Vosne-Romanée.

Founded in 1980, by Koerner and Joan Rombauer, Rombauer Vineyards has been producing acclaimed wines from Napa Valley and the Sierra Foothills ever since. Still family owned and operated, our winery is known for its high-quality wines, exceptional vineyard sites, and family-style hospitality.
In 1972, when Koerner and Joan Rombauer moved their two children, two horses and five dogs to Napa Valley, they were already well acquainted with the natural relationship between food and wine. Koerner’s great aunt Irma Rombauer wrote the internationally renowned cookbook, The Joy of Cooking, and his German ancestors had deep roots in the winegrowing region of Rheingau.
Koerner and Joan established Rombauer Vineyards in 1980, and in 1984 they released their first California-style Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Four decades later–and still family owned–the winery has become widely acclaimed for its distinctive, fruit-driven expressions.
Our first vintage was our 1980 Cabernet followed by our 1982 Chardonnay. We still make and cherish those wines as well as many others.

The 2022 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume is a refined and aromatic selection from one of Chablis’ most prestigious right-bank vineyards, produced from parcels that include the highly regarded Vaulorent sub-climat. According to the producer, the wine features a very aromatic bouquet that harmoniously combines floral notes with ripe citrus fruit. On the palate, it is described as elegant and precise, balancing a "pillowy" and fleshy texture with a powerful, racy structure and significant roundness.

Founded in 1957 by William Fèvre, a prominent figure in the region, the domaine began with 7 hectares and grew into one of Chablis's largest and most prestigious, now boasting ~78 hectares. Known for advocating for authentic, traditional Chablis, the estate was sold to Champagne Henriot in 1998, with the aim of reducing new oak to emphasize mineral, terroir-driven styles. The estate is highly regarded for its Premier Cru Beauroy, which features old vines, and has been under the leadership of Didier Séguier since 1998.

About Winery
Château La Dominique's history in Saint-Émilion dates back to the 1700s, with its name reportedly inspired by a Caribbean island, according to multiple wine retailers. Originally owned by Jean Micheau in 1690, it was recognized by King Louis XIV. The château changed hands several times before the de Bailliencourt family acquired it in 1933, and it was during their ownership that it achieved its Grand Cru Classé status. In 1969, Clément Fayat, a prominent figure in the construction industry, purchased the estate. Fayat invested heavily in the property, including modernizing the cellars and implementing a new vinification program.
