Winemaker Notes
The 2017 Domaine Bruno Clair Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru "Les Jarrons" is a Pinot Noir from a specific, high-quality parcel known for its old vines (planted 1983-1987) and stony, clay-limestone soils. The winemaker’s approach for this vintage focused on expressing the elegance of the vineyard through 20–30% whole-cluster fermentation and 18–20 months in oak barrels, resulting in a wine with significant depth and structure.
