Winemaker Notes
The 2019 Anne Boisson Meursault Les Chevalières is a highly regarded, mineral-driven white Burgundy known for its intensity and precision, often compared to top 1er Crus. It features a bright, pale yellow color, with a complex aromatic bouquet of crisp green apples, lemon zest, white flowers, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich and silky, balancing ripe fruit flavors with racy acidity, creating a long, saline, and smoky finish.
