About Winery
Domaine David Duband was founded in 1991 when David took over a small vineyard in Nuits-Saint-Georges, building on his father Pierre’s legacy of grape growing for the Beaune cooperative. Over the following decade, he expanded into prestigious appellations, acquiring parcels in Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges premiers crus, and his first grand cru in Echezeaux. By 2006, he had converted the estate to organic viticulture, emphasizing whole-bunch fermentation and minimal intervention to highlight terroir. Today, the domaine spans 23 appellations, including six grands crus, and is recognized as one of Burgundy’s leading producers, blending tradition with modern sustainability.
