Sourced from respected growers and curated for its provenance, this 1995 bottling presents a garnet hue with an expressive nose of red cherry, dried rose, and earthy undertones mingled with evolving notes of truffle, leather, and tobacco.
About Winery
Founded in 1831 by Bernard Bichot in Monthélie, France, Maison Albert Bichot began as a Burgundy wine trading house before establishing its Beaune headquarters in 1912. The family, present in Burgundy since 1350, transitioned to domaine ownership, and today, under 6th-generation leader Albéric Bichot (since 1996), it manages 100+ hectares of organic-certified vineyards.
