Winemaker Notes
The wine is "elegantly exotic," delivering a medium to full-bodied, satiny palate with flavors of peach, orange oil, and white flowers balanced by a "fine-boned" saline finish.
About Winery
Founded in 1957 by William Fèvre, a prominent figure in the region, the domaine began with 7 hectares and grew into one of Chablis's largest and most prestigious, now boasting ~78 hectares. Known for advocating for authentic, traditional Chablis, the estate was sold to Champagne Henriot in 1998, with the aim of reducing new oak to emphasize mineral, terroir-driven styles. The estate is highly regarded for its Premier Cru Beauroy, which features old vines, and has been under the leadership of Didier Séguier since 1998.
