About Winery
Thierry Pillot, a respected winemaker from the renowned Domaine Paul Pillot in Chassagne-Montrachet, established a small, high-acclaim négociant operation to produce his own Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru. Focusing on terroir-driven, minimal-intervention whites from older vines (often on the cool Pernand side), his wines are known for exceptional minerality, elegance, and aging potential.
