The 2018 Sylvain Cathiard Chambolle-Musigny 'Les Clos de l'Orme' is an intense, dark-fruited, and highly aromatic village-level Burgundy, featuring notes of black cherry, cassis, and violet. It is a medium-bodied, velvety wine with fine-grained tannins, 12.8%–13.5% alcohol, and a 28-30 day cuvaison with 100% destemming. 

About Winery

Founded in the 1930s in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy, the Domaine Sylvain Cathiard transitioned from selling grapes to producing acclaimed wines under André Cathiard in the 1960s. Sylvain took over in the 1990s, elevating the estate's status before his son, Sébastien, assumed control in 2011, continuing the legacy of high-quality Pinot Noir.
