The 2013 Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs displays a bright golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles, offering an aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits, white flowers, and subtle chalky minerality. Made exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay (90% Côte des Blancs, 10% Montagne de Reims), it delivers a palate that is both precise and layered, with flavors of lemon zest, quince, and green apple, evolving into almond, brioche, and smoky undertones. The cool vintage character imparts fresh acidity and remarkable tension, while extended ageing adds depth, creaminess, and complexity.
