About Winery
Domaine Forey Père et Fils traces its roots back to 1840, when Régis Forey’s great-grandfather established the estate in Vosne-Romanée. Over generations, the domaine expanded through vineyard trades and acquisitions, eventually securing holdings in some of Burgundy’s most prized terroirs, including parcels near Richebourg and La Tâche. Régis Forey took over full-time in 1987, building a reputation for wines that emphasize site expression over stylistic manipulation, with structured, age-worthy reds crafted from Pinot Noir. Today, the domaine spans about 9.5 hectares across Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges, and Morey-Saint-Denis, and Régis is joined by his son Quentin, ensuring continuity of the family’s thoughtful, tradition-minded approach to Burgundy winemaking.
