About Winery
Everything starts in 1994 when Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournet first arrived in Chile’s Colchagua Valley. They quickly realized its potential for producing world-class wines. This ideal setting, which was revitalized in 1995, was home to vines originating from pre-phylloxera rootstock brought from Bordeaux in the middle of XIX century. Member of a renowned family that has been dedicated for several generations to the production of high-quality spirits and wines, Alexandra with legendary wine expertise, brought exceptional French winemaking practices to Chile and pioneered the development of fine quality wines from the region. Today it is Charles de Bournet Marnier Lapostolle, seventh generation of the family, who holds the reins of the Winery. Together with him is Jacques Begarie, Technical Director & Winemaker, under the advice of the famous winemaker Michel Rolland, who is personally involved in the whole production of Clos Apalta. In its short history, Clos Apalta wines have consistently ranked highly (90+ points) among reputable wine trade publications, a testament of the rigorous standards implemented at the winery to produce outstanding wines. Clos Apalta's philosophy is as simple as it is ambitious: to express terroir in the wines, looking for excellence, elegance and character in a handcrafted wine that can talk about the amazing place that is the Apalta Valley.

Colour: deep and bright. Nose: beautiful aromatic complexity dominated by red fruits. Notes of cedar and spice are revealed upon aeration. Palate: The attack is marked, leading in to a fleshy, powerful mid-palate. There is a fine balance between the freshness of the aromas and the density of the tannins. The finish reveals superb aromatic persistence worthy of a great vintage of Leoville Poyferré. 2015, the number 5 keeps its promise.

Château Léoville Poyferré was the Léoville that got left in the starting blocks in terms of reputation and in the quality of its wines. In the last 20 years, Didier, with the assistance of Michel Rolland since 1995, has turned Léoville-Poyferré into one of StJulien's finest estates. Catena Zapata Nicasia Vineyard Malbec is a dark violet Malbec. Ripe black-and-red currant, raspberries and an elegant touch of french oak are some of the aromas that we can appreciate from this special Malbec from one of the Catena´s highest family vineyards. Very complex and expressive palate, with a creamy violet flavor with ripe blueberries, cassis, vanilla and spice cake.
About Winery
Bodega Catena Zapata is one of Argentina's high-altitude Malbec pioneers. The Catena family began making wine in Mendoza in 1902. Nicolas Catena, third generation family vintner, was one of the first to see the potential of Mendoza's mountain vineyards for producing high quality Malbec. In 1994, he became the first Argentine to export a world-class bottling of Malbec under the Catena label. Nicolas is joined by his daughter, Dr. Laura Catena, in their relentless pursuit of world-class quality from the family's high-altitude vineyards. Laura has done extensive work in introducing Malbec and other varietal plant selections, soil and climate analysis, and sustainable practices throughout Mendoza. Head winemaker, Alejandro Vigil, has been at Catena Zapata since 2002 and works with Laura and Nicolas to make wines that express the family's vineyards and palate.

Deep, bright colour. The nose is subtle and complex. It reveals notes of red fruit, spices, and liquorice upon swirling. The palate is fresh and intense. It is fruity and fleshy on the palate. The finish is supported by fine, racy tannins that are long and integrated, and beautiful volume in the mouth. 2014, a harmonious vintage.

About Winery
Domaine J.A. Ferret was established in 1840 in Fuissé by Jean-Alfred Ferret and his son Antoine, though the family had been making wine locally since the 1760s. The estate became especially influential under Jeanne Ferret, who in the 1930s–1990s introduced estate bottling (from 1942) and created her own classification of parcels, including Tête de Cru and Hors Classe, which remain benchmarks today. After Jeanne’s passing in 1993, her daughter Colette continued the legacy until 2006. In 2008, Maison Louis Jadot acquired the domaine, ensuring continuity while appointing winemaker Audrey Braccini to carry forward its tradition of parcel-by-parcel vinification. Today, Domaine Ferret cultivates 18 hectares entirely within Pouilly-Fuissé, producing wines that are considered among the finest expressions of southern Burgundy Chardonnay, celebrated for their longevity and terroir-driven precision.

About Winery
Located at 2100 feet in elevation on the Vaca range in Napa Valley, the Cimarossa “red hilltop” Vineyard flourishes in its native and natural setting. What might seem like a simple score given the farm plots that are available in the wine country, in reality, took Dino and Corry over 10 years to locate. One visit will confirm—it was worth the wait, with unrivaled 360 degree views of mountains, wilderness, and the valley floor below.
The vineyard build-out adhered to one driving force principle—to leave the property’s natural surroundings in their most native state.
This philosophy became a way of life and a constant reminder of the true fruits that the mountain can bear when left to its own devices.
