Domaine Robert Groffier is a family-run Burgundy estate whose roots trace back to the 19th century, when Frédéric Groffier began cultivating vines in the Côte de Nuits; the domaine was expanded in the 1930s by Robert Groffier, who secured some of Chambolle-Musigny’s most prized parcels, including Les Amoureuses, and today it is managed by his grandson Nicolas Groffier, who continues the tradition of producing elegant, terroir-driven wines from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards such as Bonnes Mares, Chambertin Clos de Bèze, and Chambolle-Musigny Les Sentiers, cementing the domaine’s reputation as one of Burgundy’s most respected producers.
