About Winery
Founded in 1978 in the heart of Chablis, France, Domaine Thierry Laffay is a 7-hectare family estate known for traditional, high-quality Chardonnay. Managed by Thierry Laffay since 1985, the estate focuses on lutte raisonnée (sustainable farming) and produces taut, mineral-driven wines, with daughters Mélanie and Maïlys taking over in 2024.
