Winemaker Notes
The wine features a "timid but exceptionally pretty" nose of red and dark pinot fruit, accented by exotic tea, soy, hoisin, violet, and dried orange peel. On the palate, it is described as possessing a "gorgeous mouthfeel that is pure silk," delivering superb depth and persistence on an impeccably balanced and firm finale.
