About Winery
Domaine Bzikot Père et Fils, located in Puligny-Montrachet in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, traces its roots back to the 1940s when Sylvain Bzikot’s grandfather emigrated from Poland just before World War II and began acquiring vineyard land in the post-war years. Initially, most of the harvest was sold in bulk to négociants, but from the 1990s onward Sylvain shifted toward estate bottling, building a reputation for authentic, terroir-driven wines. Today, the domaine spans about 15 hectares, including prized parcels in Puligny-Montrachet and its Premier Crus, as well as regional appellations like Bourgogne Blanc, Aligoté, and Côte d’Or Rouge, and is recognized for combining family tradition with sustainable, organic-certified viticulture.
