Founded in 2016 in Comblanchien, Burgundy, Domaine Camille Thiriet is an acclaimed micro-négoce and estate producer created by Camille Thiriet and Canadian partner Matt Chittick. They produce artisanal, low-intervention Côte-de-Nuits-Villages wines, originally working in a small, electricity-free garage, and have expanded to 6 hectares.
