Winemaker Notes
The wine displays a fresh, fruit-driven nose, characterized by bright, ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries. It is often described as having a "wide and super" aromatic profile, with some notes highlighting a refined, slightly spicy, and earthy complexity typical of the Marsannay terroir.
About Winery
Domaine Bart, a leading producer in Marsannay, Côte de Nuits, was established in the 1980s by the Bart family, building on six generations of winegrowing experience. The estate was formed using vineyards inherited from the famous Domaine Clair-Dau, with Martin Bart’s grandfather having pioneered the first Marsannay Rose in 1919. Today, the 22-hectare estate is managed by Pierre Bart, along with his mother Odile and uncle Martin.
