The 2020 Domaine Bart Fixin 1er Cru Les Hervelets is characterized by a balance of fresh, vibrant fruit and solid, elegant structure. This 100% Pinot Noir, produced by Pierre Bart, displays a deep crimson-purple color and highlights the precision and mineral-driven terroir of the Fixin appellation.
About Winery
Domaine Bart, based in Marsannay, is a historic, family-run Burgundy estate spanning six generations. Since 2009, it has been managed by Pierre Bart alongside his mother and uncle. The 22-hectare domaine produces acclaimed red wines from Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Marsannay, known for using modest new oak (approx. 25%) and cool, week-long pre-fermentation macerations.
