About Winery
Domaine Odoul-Coquard traces its roots back to the beginning of the 20th century, when the Odoul and Coquard families established vineyards in Morey-Saint-Denis, at the heart of Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits. Over successive generations, the estate expanded its holdings across appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, and Morey-Saint-Denis, building a reputation for wines that balance tradition and innovation. In 2009, Sébastien Odoul, representing the fourth generation, assumed leadership after gaining valuable winemaking experience at renowned domaines including Dujac, Mommessin, and Denis Mortet. His approach emphasizes respect for terroir, careful vineyard management, and restrained cellar practices, resulting in wines of finesse and complexity. Today, Domaine Odoul-Coquard remains firmly family-owned, producing highly regarded Pinot Noirs that reflect the character of the Côte de Nuits and the estate’s enduring heritage.
