Winemaker Notes

The 2017 Domaine Taupenot-Merme Corton-Rognet Grand Cru is a refined, medium-bodied Burgundy (13.5% ABV) with a delicate, perfumed bouquet of red fruits and peony. It features a balanced, fresh palate with fine tannins, subtle earthy notes, and a persistent, saline finish. Ideally enjoyed between 2023–2031, it showcases a "textbook" combination of freshness and structural, rustic depth.
