About Winery

Jean & Sébastien Dauvissat is a family-owned Chablis domaine operating since 1899, now run by Sébastien Dauvissat following his father Jean's passing. Based in a 17th-century cellar in Chablis, the estate manages roughly 10 hectares, including Premier Cru (Vaillons, Séchet, Montmains) and Grand Cru (Les Preuses) vineyards, producing about 50,000 bottles annually.
