The Paquet family’s story began with just 6 hectares of vineyards in Davayé, producing acclaimed Saint-Véran wines that quickly gained international recognition. Over time, the domaine expanded to 30 hectares across 50 plots, and in 2014 the family added holdings in Solutré-Pouilly (Pouilly-Fuissé) and later 10 hectares in Mâcon, broadening their expression of the Mâconnais terroir. Now led by brothers Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu, and Camille, Famille Paquet emphasizes organic and biodynamic viticulture, with a youthful, forward-looking philosophy that blends tradition with innovation. Their wines showcase the diversity of Jurassic limestone and clay soils of the region, reflecting both heritage and a commitment to sustainable excellence.
