Complex and generous, Chassagne-Montrachet 2016 has a clear lemon color. The nose and palate present with intense aromas and flavors of acacia, yellow peaches and ripe pineapple, lined with notes of vanilla, almonds and hazelnuts. The finish is long and leaves a sense of generosity.

About Winery

In 2014, Silicon Valley entrepreneur Michael Baum and his family (Famille Carabello-Baum) purchased the historic Château de Pommard in Burgundy, France, becoming the first Americans to own a winery in the region. They became the fifth family in 300 years to steward the estate, focusing on converting the 20-hectare Clos Marey-Monge vineyard to biodynamic farming and elevating their wines.
