PRE-ORDER About Winery Château Ormes de Pez, located in Saint-Estèphe, has a history dating back to the 18th century, with its name derived from the elm trees (ormes) and the hamlet of Pez. The Cazes family, also owners of Château Lynch-Bages, acquired the estate in 1940. Significant modernization and renovation efforts, particularly in the early 1980s, have helped improve the quality and consistency of their wines.
