The two met in 2005 during harvest at Simon Bize and later launched Chantereves as a \u003cstrong\u003emicro-négociant project\u003c\/strong\u003e, sourcing grapes and vinifying wines with a philosophy of purity, elegance, and respect for terroir. Initially working as négociants, they gained recognition for championing varieties like Aligoté and for their meticulous, low-intervention approach. In \u003cstrong\u003e2020\u003c\/strong\u003e, they expanded by acquiring \u003cstrong\u003e4.7 hectares of vineyards\u003c\/strong\u003e in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, including parcels in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, and Fussey, which they farm organically and biodynamically.
