Eric trained at the renowned Coche-Dury estate before expanding the domaine to nearly 25 acres across Monthélie, Meursault, Volnay, and Pommard. In 1998, the winery relocated to Meursault, and today Eric works alongside his son Charles, the fourth generation, who also trained at Coche-Dury and Paul Pillot.
